Army man killed in cross-border firing in Rajouri | KNO

Rajouri, July 10 (KNO): An Army man was killed in firing from across the Line of Control (LoC) in Kalal area of Nowshera sector in Rajouri district, officials said. Officials told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that in the intervening night of Thursday-Friday, ceasefire violation took place in Kalal area of Nowshera sector of LoC in Rajouri. "An Army Havaldar was injured during the cross-border firing, who later succumbed to his injuries," they said, adding that the slain Army man was from a Rashtriya Rifles battalion and was deployed on LoC—(KNO)
